Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your premium features stay active until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept? expand_more
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed in DKK.
Can I upgrade from Free to Premium? expand_more
Absolutely. Upgrade anytime from your dashboard. Your existing links and analytics carry over — nothing is lost.
What is your refund policy? expand_more
We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you're not satisfied, contact support@gyk.dk within 14 days of your payment and we'll work something out.
What happens when I hit my link limit? expand_more
On the Free plan, you won't be able to create new links until you delete existing ones or upgrade. Premium gives you up to 10,000 links.
Is there a discount for annual billing? expand_more
Yes! Annual billing saves you about 14% compared to monthly. You pay 499 DKK for the full year instead of 588 DKK (49 DKK × 12).
