These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of gyk.dk, operated by LynBro ApS. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

gyk.dk provides URL shortening, QR code generation, click analytics, and related tools. We offer free and paid plans with different feature limits.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or organisation may not maintain more than one free account.

Acceptable Use

You may not use gyk.dk to:

Distribute malware, phishing links, or fraudulent content.
Redirect to illegal content or content that violates the rights of others.
Attempt to circumvent rate limits, plan restrictions, or security measures.
Send spam or use automated tools to create links in bulk without API access.
Impersonate another person or organisation.

We reserve the right to disable links or accounts that violate these terms without notice.

Intellectual Property

The gyk.dk service, design, and brand are the property of LynBro ApS. You retain ownership of the content you create (links, descriptions). By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content as needed to provide the service.

Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe in DKK. You may cancel at any time, and your premium features will remain active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

gyk.dk is provided "as is" without warranty. LynBro ApS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
